Per Curiam. The third-party defendants appeal the jury verdict for the third-party plaintiffs, including the pre-judgment interest award, in this diversity action for strict product liability and fraudulent misrepresentation. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the district courts judgment as to the liability and compensatory damages issues. However, because the record reflects that the pre-judgment interest award was improperly calculated, we find it necessary to order a remittitur of a portion of that award.
